The building intends to define structure as an art form. Occupying a prominent site at the centre of the capital city, the building stands as a sculpture in space; levitating in air.

The restaurant plates are vertically layered around circulation tower, all arranged over and above a landscape public plaza. Intermediate terraces hang at vantage points to appreciate the city skyline around. The highest platform above the restaurant, contains an open air theatre & engage views towards the state legislative assembly and 250 acres central park.
