Designed for Low Income Group (L.I.G.) and Economically Weaker Sections (E.W.S.), the project intends to transform typical dingy housing into a thriving and awe-inspiring affordable living.

The design concept reflects two important characteristics; introducing neighbourhood planning & treating service lanes as sports & leisure spaces. With linear masterplan & staggered facades, numerous pockets are developed as interactive zones. Angular service streets behind houses with thick green foliage are integrated as summer and winter outdoor spaces.

All villas are duplexes with double height living areas & curvilinear corners strategically placed as per sun orientation. Full height pivoted fenestrations connects such living spaces with the immediate outdoors, thus maximising the usable quotient.

Rain water harvesting & solar energy integration systems are the key design elements in the masterplan.
